配送・送料について
通常、ご注文の確定より5営業日以内(土曜・日曜・祝日を除く)に弊社より発送致します。
日本国内はヤマト運輸にてお届け致します。
・送料：全国一律 ￥1,000 (消費税込)
※ 日本国内からのご注文の商品の配送は、国内宛のみに限らせていただきます。
※ 一部地域への発送、また冬季・夏季休暇期間や天候・交通事情による発送業務が行えない場合は、通常よりもお届けにお時間がかかる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※ 営業所留め・コンビニ受け取り等、ご自宅や指定お送り先以外への発送は行っておりません。
※ 配送日時指定は承っておりません。発送連絡メールに記載される配送会社のお問い合わせ番号にて配達状況をご確認のうえお問い合わせください。
※ 配達日当日にご不在の場合には、配送会社が不在通知を残し一旦商品を持ち戻ります。不在通知に記載の連絡先へご連絡いただき、再配達可能期間中に、配送希望日を調整のうえ商品をお受け取りください。不在通知に記載の連絡先にご連絡いただけない場合、また住所不備の場合、商品は自動的に当社へ返送されます。
商品が当社に返送された場合、お客様のご注文は自動的にキャンセルとさせていただきます。キャンセルされた商品の再配送は承っておりませんので、商品をご希望の際は改めてご注文ください。
※ 弊社は実店舗を運営しており掲載商品は店舗でも販売しております為、タイミングにより在庫にずれが生じることがあります。万一、ご注文商品が品切れの際にはご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合があります。予めご了承ください。
